45 year old Senior Leader in a Retail company who sought success in her work, but with balance in life.
Wanted to explore the balance between “being mode and action mode.”
Wanted to reach the corner office with balance and ease.
Create possibilities and better opportunities for herself.
Purpose: Explored her core-self, including strengths, values, ambitions and core-values, providing clarity on who she is as a person.
Routines: Visualized her ideal balanced day and the routines to be followed.
Self-judgements: Unpacked and disconnected from the self-judgements which were weighing her down.
Energy: Identified and worked on thoughts and emotions that consumed her energy and took her away from the present moment.
Beliefs: Many of her self-limiting beliefs, including “I am not good enough,” “I have to work harder than others to achieve” and “There is always someone better” were explored and discussed. She reversed these beliefs to more nurturing ones.
Exploration of her Confident Self: Tuned into her Confident self, which helped her trust her gut and make decisions using wisdom.
Clarity on life’s learnings: Through the Life-Story work framework, she was able to view her life experiences from a third person’s perspective and learn from it, leading to peace from deep within.
Communicate with Confidence: She identified Authenticity as her super-power, which she used to resolve her inner demons. This helped her communicate confidently with her team and colleagues and was an antidote to her comparison with others.
Discovered her own meaning of Balance: Learnt that balance for her is when she is 100% present in whatever she is doing.
Self-acceptance: After letting go of self-limiting beliefs and critical narrative, she started being more present with her authentic self, and compared herself less with her colleagues.
Resilience: She became aware of her resilient nature and always bounced back no matter what the situation.
