The Telecom Company wanted to invest in a Leadership Development program for their selected 30 women team.
They wanted them to;
Reflect on their Superpower - Individual strengths and talents
Core Self Exploration - Who they are and what they stand for
Dreams - What is their biggest and boldest dream
TheJourney
Using Peter Senge’s framework of Personal Mastery, we led the group through an inside-out Self Leadership journey.
Current State: They reflected on their values, strengths, and core-values, providing clarity on who they are as a person.
Envisioning: Led them through a process of visualizing their desired future.
What holds them back: Through Life-story work, reflected on all the limiting beliefs and the expansive beliefs. Working and shifting their limiting beliefs was a major focus of the workshop.
Commitments to shift to being more Resourceful: Each one identified action to shift to a more confident self.
TheResults
Heightened Self Awareness: Their understanding of themselves made them feel self-assured, clear and confident.
Clarity on Beliefs: Clarity is the first step to change. Their resolve to shift to a more resourceful state was much stronger and defined.
Beaming with Confidence: Awareness of themselves was an empowering experience. They felt confident about dealing with their life circumstances.
Committed Self-Care: They could realize the importance of Care for Self in addition to Care for Others, for the first time. Their resolve to Self-Care was self-assuring.
Resilience: They became aware of their resilient nature and reflected on how they almost always bounced back after a difficult circumstance with grit and determination.
